Forms of debt: technical, strategic (and more?)

I find a lot of what he describes about the different forms of debt that we can see resonates with me as I've seen it in different contexts over time. A thing I'd add is that a lot of this can exist also outside the "enterprise" area as it's simply a function of the age of a given company or organization and its software products and infrastructure. Working on things like this quickly gets forgotten when considering how much (or not) work is required of teams that are maintaining software and everything around it.
